Created with stunning hues of blue in a mix of techniques, strokes in sky and the landscape in distance, also used palette knife creating the rough sea and presumably rocks. Looks it's a windy day, Shores are battered by the wind.
After finishing the landscape and stepping back I realised the view is very familiar and looks like a real existing scenery.
